We believe that customer service is more than how well we “fix” your
car.
Our intent is to create an experience for each customer from initial
contact
through the life of your automobile. Our professional staff will educate
and
assist every customer with their automotive issues. We will make sure
that
you understand your automobile’s problem, assist with pick up and
delivery,
provide comparable and affordable rates, and make sure that you are
satisfied with the experience.
REPAIR SERVICE
 The company has a staff of qualified technicians, and all of the
specialized
equipment necessary to solve any mechanical problem in a timely manner.
We service domestic and foreign automobiles, including pick-ups and
light
trucks. We will keep a maintenance record on file for each vehicle, and
notify the owner when the next service is due. All restored vehicles can
be
serviced and have the history stored in our maintenance bank.
Customers will be thoroughly briefed about repairs done to their cars,
and
have the option to take any remove/replaced part. Customers will also be
notified, in a timely manner, of any unplanned delays or of any
discovery of
existing or potential problems that can be remedied immediately or
scheduled
for later repair.
AFTERMARKET CUSTOMIZING
Georgetown Automotive Plaza’s business plan calls for actions that will
make
the facility South Carolina’s most complete automotive venue. You can
customize your vehicle to reflect your specific taste; suspension
modification, body changes from grille to bumper, and engine and exhaust
modifications. Our staff of tuners and body technicians can also educate
you
in the process of remaining safe throughout the process.
ACCESSORIES
A limitless array of accessories are available for your vehicle. What is
not
available on site can be chosen from an equally wide array of catalogs.
Orders, at reasonable prices, will be available in a short time.
RESTORATIONS
Georgetown Automotive Plaza will restore foreign and domestic collector,
classic, and vintage automobiles. Clients are free to engage our
knowledgeable staff about any restoration prior to committing to the
job.
Free estimates are available, and payment options to meet the client’s
satisfaction are also available. Clients will have a personalized
password
that will access the progression of their vehicle.
The company will also buy project collector, classic, and vintage cars
(in
need of restoration). The project automobiles will be restored and sold
by
the company, as is. Maintenance is available for any resto/mod done at
Georgetown Automotive Plaza. |
